Responsibilities
The department is responsible for preparing monthly interim financial reports, as well as the annual audited Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR). Other areas of oversight include budgeting, coordination of external audit, banking relations, borrowing activities, fleet services, grant administration oversight, and risk management.

Vehicle Maintenance
Vehicle Maintenance repairs and maintains city-owned vehicles, off-road equipment and motorized equipment. Fleet Management also generates specifications for new vehicles and inspects new vehicles upon delivery for compliance.
This division is a customer-oriented department committed to providing the highest quality service to all City departments in a courteous and professional manner at all times. They are charged with the responsibility of maintaining safe, reliable vehicles/equipment, providing mechanical support in a timely manner and providing service and products that are safe, efficient, and cost-effective.
