Perry DDA Request for Qualifications for Downtown Mixed-Use Facility
The Perry Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is accepting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) for a collaborative public/private development venture. The development is a Downtown Mixed-Use Facility located at 718 Carroll Street in Perry.
An optional Pre-RFQ is scheduled for December 1, 2022, at Perry’s City Hall Council Chambers located at 1211 Washington Street. The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m.
Submissions are due no late than January 13, 2023.
