Once upon a time in the heart of Downtown Perry, the pages of your favorite storybooks came to life—one straw-filled character at a time! This October, our charming streets will transform into a storybook wonderland as Scarecrow Fest 2025 brings the magic of childhood tales to life with the enchanting theme: Storybook Characters.

Dozens of handcrafted scarecrows bring childhood tales to life, from Little Red Riding Hood and Peter Pan to Alice in Wonderland, Winnie the Pooh, Matilda, and the Cat in the Hat.

Visitors of all ages can stroll through this living library of characters while celebrating creativity, community, and the joy of reading.

Please note, you must scan a QR code and “check-in” at least one scarecrow to be able to vote. This action will need to be completed before you can vote.

How do I access my items?

After you checkout, Bandwango will send you a link by email and text. This opens your online pass — a mobile-friendly website with everything you need. No app download needed.

What do I do if I lost the link to my pass?

Request a new link here: https://app.bandwango.com/dashboard/request

Enter the email address you used during checkout. A new link will be sent immediately by email and text.

Why can't I find all my items in my pass?

All items expire after a certain amount of time if they are not used. Once they expire, they are eventually removed from your pass.
