Operations

The Operations Division of the Perry Fire Department is responsible for:

• Fire suppression
• Emergency medical services
• Mitigation of disasters
• Rescue activities

Our personnel on-duty work 48 hours on, followed by 96 hours off-duty.

In addition to emergency work, firefighters provide a wide range of services to the community including:

• Blood-pressure screening
• Tours of fire stations and apparatus
• Fire and life safety presentations
• Car seat checks
• Logistical support for community events
