Land Management Ordinance

The purpose of the Land Management Ordinance is to guide development in accordance with the existing and future needs of the City and to promote the public health, safety, morals, convenience, order, appearance, prosperity, and general welfare of the property owners and residents of the City of Perry and other members of the public.

The provisions of the Land Management Ordinance apply to all land, land development, and the use of all structures on all lands and waters within the corporate limits of the City of Perry.

The provisions of the Land Management Ordinance shall be considered the minimum standards necessary to promote and protect public health, safety, morals, and general welfare.
