Plaque Honoring Blue Bird No. 1 Unveiled in Downtown Perry

Historic Downtown Perry is the home of the first Blue Bird bus. A plaque was unveiled at the corner of Ball and Commerce Streets to commemorate this history. Downtown Development Authority Receives Award for Gas Incentive Program

The City of Perry Downtown Development Authority (DDA) received a Member Award from the Municipal Gas Authority of Georgia (MGAG) at their 2021 Annual Membership Meeting on May 6. The award recognizes the authority’s outstanding achievement of their Natural Gas Incentive Program.
