Pre-Trial Intervention Program
The Pre-Trial Intervention Program for Traffic Offenses is a convenient and often quick option to resolve your case without appearing in court. The program promotes safe driving and emphasizes accountability while allowing you to settle your case before the given court date. The program is meant to empower you to take control of your situation by actively pursuing a resolution rather than waiting for a judicial sentence. The Pre-Trial Traffic Intervention Program allows you to take responsibility while avoiding points on your license and preventing possible conviction. Participation is voluntary, but acceptance into the program is at the discretion of the City Solicitor or Program Administrator. Upon timely and successful completion of the program, your charges are dismissed/restricted, and in most cases, you can complete your requirements at the time of enrollment.
There are many advantages to participating in the program. Your charges will be DISMISSED and RESTRICTED.
For information on how you can conveniently resolve your traffic case, visit our FAQ page, or send your request by selecting the tab labeled, “How to Enroll”, or call us at 478-988-2814. We excited to help you resolve your case in a convenient and efficient way.
