Code Compliance

Code Compliance is a bureau of the Building Permits and Inspections Division. Code Compliance is responsible for ensuring that properties are in compliance with nuisance, property maintenance, and land use codes adopted by City Council. Code Compliance personnel routinely inspect properties throughout the City and address compliance issues based on complaints submitted.

Common issues handled through by Codes Compliance include, but are not limited to,

Derelict Vehicles
Illegal Signs
Overgrown grass
Trash/Debris
