Records Requests
The Perry Police Department offers record request services from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) located at 1207 Washington Street in Perry.

Incident & Accident Reports
Copies of police Incident or Accident Reports are available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) located at 1207 Washington Street, Perry.
A processing fee is charged for each report.

Special Note: Due to a change in the rules and regulations at the Immigration and Naturalization Service, local law enforcement agencies may no longer process INS print cards. Please contact the INS for appropriate instructions.
