The City of Perry Leisure Service’s Department will host “Camp’In,” a virtual summer camp, beginning June 9.
This free, eight-week program will provide activities three days a week involving STEM education, games, physical activities, virtual field trips, and more.
The curriculum is designed for children ages five through eleven. All ages, however, are welcome to participate and Perry residency is not required.
Each week will include a different theme such as solving a mystery, Georgia history, and Perry themed activities.
City of Perry Leisure Services Director, Sedrick Swan says, “the Perry Leisure Services Department will continue to meet our mission of providing leisure and recreational opportunities to our amazing citizens. Current circumstances require us to focus on bringing our summer camp in an innovative way. We hope the community enjoys our programming.”
Participants can access the camp by visiting the City’s website at www.Perry-ga.gov and clicking on the “Camp’In” icon.
