Proposed U.S. EPA Brownfield Cleanup Project Community Meeting

Meeting Location: Perry City Hall, Council Chambers, 1211 Washington Street, Perry GA 031069

The City of Perry is applying for a FY2023 EPA Brownfield Cleanup Grant to assist in the environmental remediation of the former Stanley Assemblage, located at 1107 Macon Road in Perry. The goal of this meeting is to inform the community regarding of the following factors or initiatives:

The intent of the City to apply for EPA cleanup funding to address environmental issues associated with the property
To provide the community with an opportunity to review drafts of the EPA grant application and Analysis of Brownfields Cleanup Alternatives (ABCA)
To accept comments from the public regarding the proposed application and project

Further, the public is welcome to review and to comment on the drafts of the cleanup grant application and the ABCA.
