City of Perry Hosts Treats on the Trail

The City of Perry will host Treats on the Trail at Heritage Oaks Park on Saturday, October 2 from 4 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Treats on the Trail is a unique trick-or-treating experience by combining a Halloween-themed hike and candy hunt. Dream a Little Wish Entertainment is partnering with the City to bring a cast of magical characters for attendees to meet at Treats on the Trail. Characters include the Sanderson Sisters (Hocus Pocus), Anna and Else (Frozen), Spiderman, Tiana (Princess and The Frog), Belle (Beauty and The Beast), Moana, Ariel (The Little Mermaid), Black Panther, and Mulan. All casts and characters are subject to change depending on availability.

Static photo props, provided by Designs by the Duchess and Bash Macon, will also be on the trail for photo opportunities.

Important Event Information:

  • Costumes are welcome but attendees are encouraged to dress comfortably. The trail includes grass, gravel, and pavement.
  • Face masks are optional but strongly encouraged. Social distancing is required. Hand sanitizer and washing stations will be available in multiple locations throughout the event.
  • Participants are asked to bring a bag or bucket for each child to collect candy and other treats from the booths. Bags are not provided.
