StoryWalk®- December 10-12 – Journey through downtown while reading a book fit for the season. Participants will take a self-guided tour. Each page of the book will tell you where to go next. A QR code may be scanned at the end of the book for a chance to win a special prize. We will be reading “The Sweet Smells of Christmas” by Patricia M Scarry. The first 100 students to complete StoryWalk® and submit a survey will receive a copy of the book. Look out for the instructional video on the ShopDowntown Perry Facebook page. StoryWalk® is a partnership event with The Houston County Board of Education.

Jingle Bell Rock – December 18 - This is Downtown Perry’s Christmas Party. Jam to the sounds from a DJ and enjoy food and drinks while shopping through Downtown. Shops will stay open until 8:00 p.m.

The Downtown Promotions Committee promotes downtown Perry’s businesses and attractions, spearheads advertising and marketing campaigns, organizes retail promotions, and hosts special events.
