On September 12, 2021, at 1615hrs, officers were dispatched to the intersection of Macon Road and Chapel Ridge Drive in reference to a shooting that had occurred. Upon arrival, officers found a female Breanne Green (b/f, DOB 02/24/1999) that had been shot multiple times in a 2021 Kia Forte. The victim was transported to Houston Medical Center and later to Navicent Health (Macon, Georgia) for treatment. The victim is in stable condition at Navicent Health. The suspect, later identified as Joseph Marcel Fordham (biracial male, DOB 06/17/2000, resides in Warner Robins, Georgia), was still on scene at the time the officers arrived. The suspect was taken into custody without incident. The suspect is currently being held at the Houston County Detention Center on the charges of Aggravated Assault (Family Violence) and Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Crime.
