Perry Police Make Drug Arrest in Death Investigation

On December 30, 2022, at 7:49 am, Officers from the Perry Police Department were dispatched to 1712 Macon Road to an unresponsive female later identified as Amber Denise Mullins (36 years of age). Upon further investigation, it appeared that the use of illegal drugs was a contributing factor in Mullins death. A search warrant was obtained for the residence and illegal narcotics were seized. This is the second death that has occurred at this residence within 2 weeks. The first death was ruled a suicide and the second was illegal drug use. The primary resident Hadean Kring Siu (34 years of age) is charged with Possession of Schedule II – Fentanyl, Possession of Drug Related Object and Maintaining a Disorderly House. This case is still under investigation by the Perry Police Department Criminal Investigation Division.
