Police Charge Two With Reckless Conduct and Involuntary Manslaughter

On November 16, 2021, at 2200 hours, we were dispatched to Perry Emergency Room in reference to 2 individuals being shot. Upon arrival, Officers observed Quadarrien Simmons (19 YOA, from Perry, Georgia) and Tyrese Brown (19 YOA, from Fort Valley, Georgia) with a single gunshot wound. Simmons succumbed to his injuries. Brown was treated and released from the Perry Emergency Room where he was later taken into custody and charged with Reckless Conduct and Involuntary Manslaughter. Kiasaun Bennett (17 YOA, from Perry Georgia) was also charged with Reckless Conduct and Involuntary Manslaughter. The incident happened at Coventry Circle inside a vehicle that belonged to Zaqavious Felder (24 YOA, from Warner Robins, Georgia).
