Important Information About Court Appearances

Due to an increase of COVID-19 cases, court scheduled for January 6th and January 20th, 2021 have been CANCELLED. A reschedule notice has been mailed to the address on your citation. If we have an incorrect address, please contact the clerk's office to update your contact information.

Due to the current health crisis, we will be implementing new processes and procedures as it relates to court access and adjudication. You may be asked certain health-related questions before being allowed to enter the courtroom.

We are making a conscious effort to remain compliant with social distancing guidelines and limit the number of people in the courtroom. The courtroom will be set up to allow no more than 25 individuals at a time.

Courtroom Location: Perry Arts Center, 1121 Macon Road in Perry.

If your intent is to enter a not guilty plea, please contact the prosecutor’s office for further instruction.

In the event you are a member of the vulnerable population or do not feel comfortable appearing in person please contact us and we will schedule a video hearing.

In an effort to expedite disposing of your case the prosecutor's office is offering anyone with a City of Perry citation the opportunity to handle their case without appearing in court.
