Payment Policies

A $210 refundable deposit must be paid seperately to hold an available date. Dates are placed on the calendar when the deposit is received.

The balance, if any, is due 2 weeks (14 calendar days) prior to the event.

Reservations will be cancelled if the full rental fee is not paid two (2) weeks before the rental date. The deposit will also be forfeited.

Any event cancelled within two (2) weeks of the event will be forfeited.

Please Note:

The facility rental fee includes tables and chairs. The renter is responsible for setting up, taking down, and cleaning up. The deposit refund is based on inspection and arming the security system properly.

Vacating The Premises

Events must vacate the premises by the time stated on their contracts. If not, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited.

Walk-through

Walk-through for renters will be 30 mins before on the day of the event.

Licenses (if applicable)

Renters hosting a “fair,” “showcase,” or similar event must hold a valid business license within the state of Georgia.

Security Officers

$30.00/hour ($90.00 minimum charge)

Security officers are optional. However, officers must be scheduled for a minimum of three (3) hours resulting in a $90.00 minimum charge. Each hour after three hours is $30.00/hour.

Items During/After Event

Artwork and/or exhibition items in place prior to the event must stay in their location. If any item is moved, the renter will be subject to a portion of their deposit being withheld.

Items left for more than five (5) days will be disposed of at the discretion of City of Perry staff.
