Police Make Arrest In Vehicular Homicide On July 18, 2022, at 9:32am, the Perry Police Department responded to the area of Larry Walker Parkway and Ball Street in Perry in reference to a person down. Upon our arrival responding officers determined a bicycle being ridden by John Houser of Perry had been struck while riding northbound on Larry Walker Parkway.
