Brownfield Cleanup Project Information Meeting

The City of Perry is applying for a U.S. FY2022 EPA Cleanup Brownfields Grant to assist the city in the environmental remediation of impacted soil at the former Stanley Assemblage property, located at 1107 Macon Road.

Participants will learn how this funding is helping the community by cleaning up a vacant and blighted property, minimizing exposure to contaminants, catalyzing local economic development, and creating jobs. The opportunity to discuss redevelopment needs and volunteer to serve on the City’s Brownfield Working Group will also be available.
