Clover Wine Merchant is the first recipient of the Downtown Development Authority of the City of Perry’s internal revolving loan fund program.

“We are excited that Clover Wine Merchant is here and open for business,” said Ashley Hardin, Economic Development Manager, adding the funds, with a low interest rate, are needed to help entrepreneurs fill the gap financing need to move a project forward.
