December 2022 Fire Hydrant Flushing Schedule

City of Perry Fire & Emergency Services will be performing routine fire hydrant flushing in December. Water customers in the following areas may experience temporary water discoloration. If this occurs, run your water for a few minutes until it runs clear again. Fire Safety Poster Contest Winners Recognized at Council Meeting

The 2022 Fire Safety Poster Contest winners were recognized at last night's Council Meeting! Shop Small on Small Business Saturday

Mayor and Council recognized Small Business Saturday, the Saturday following Thanksgiving, at the November 15, 2022 Council Meeting. On November 26, Downtown Perry businesses will join other small businesses across the country in recognizing and celebrating Small Business Saturday. Section of Thompson Road to Temporarily Close

Beginning on November 14, a section of Thompson Road between Perry Parkway and Hwy 41 will be closed. The detour route will be the intersection of Perry Parkway and Hwy 41. Road closure signs will be placed to the North and South of Thompson Road along Hwy 41 and Perry Parkway. Temporary barricades will be placed at both ends of Thompson Road. The City of Perry will observe official trick-or-treating hours on Monday, October 31 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.



Trash Pickup Schedule for the Week of July 4

The change in the schedule for trash pickup applies to the week of July 4, 2022. Residential, Commercial, and Recycling pickup will run one day behind schedule. Yard debris and bulk waste pickup will run the normal route except for Monday. Those with normal Monday pickups will be picked up throughout the week.
