Perry Begins Automated School Zone Enforcement August 1 Update – January 6, 2023 Cameras at Matt Arthur Elementary School (Highway 127) and Perry Middle (Perry Parkway) are active as of January 6, 2023. The cameras will target speeders exceeding more than ten (10+) miles per hour over the posted speed limit in school zones. City of Perry’s Bond Rating Upgraded Moody’s Investor Service upgraded the City of Perry’s general obligation unlimited tax (GOULT) rating to Aa2 from Aa3. The issuer rating reflects the City’s ability to repay debt and debt-like obligations without consideration of any pledge, security, or structural features.
