Two Arrested In July 24 Homicide On July 24, 2021, at 11:15 pm, Perry police officers responded to a shots fired call at Mason Terrace Apartments. Upon arrival, officers discovered a 77-year-old black male, Willie Jacox (address of 110 Ridge Court, Centerville, Georgia), had been shot multiple times and was not responsive. On February 10, 2021, the Houston County Sheriff’s Office and the Perry Police Department executed multiple search warrants at locations within Houston County in reference to an ongoing narcotics investigation.
