This follows the Governor’s state-wide emergency declaration issued on September 24, 2024. Arson Arrest Made Following Residential Fire in Perry On July 8, 2024, at around 13:00 hrs., the City of Perry Fire Department and Perry Police Department responded to a residential structure fire at 228 Shoshone Circle, Perry, Georgia. After the fire was extinguished by Perry Fire personnel, a joint investigation was launched into the cause and origin of the fire.
