State of Georgia Rental Assistance Program

The State of Georgia received $552 million from U.S. Treasury’s Federal Emergency Rental Assistance Program to provide relief to those whose finances have been negatively impacted due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The money will be distributed directly to landlords/utility companies, and eligible applicants can receive up to 12-15 months of payment relief. More Information

Leisure Services is hosting girls softball registration from February 22 – March 6. Participants must be ages 7-12. Registration is $79. Payment in the form of credit, debit, or check is accepted. Mossy Creek Natural Announces Expansion

Mossy Creek Natural announced the business is expanding to a second studio at Ball Street Crossing as a makerspace to keep the 915 Carroll Street store stocked with locally-made products. Mossy Creek Natural is a minority-owned bath and body business in Downtown Perry.
