Governor Kemp’s Executive Order Information

Governor Kemp’s shelter-in-place order begins today at 6:00 p.m. and extends through April 30 at 11:59 p.m. The order states residents must stay home unless engaging in essential services, performing necessary travel, performing minimum basic operations, or are those part of the critical infrastructure work force. Essential Services means obtaining necessary supplies or services for your household. This includes traveling to the grocery store, medical appointments, and pharmacies....

Energy Loan Program

In August 2010 The City of Perry was awarded a revolving loan grant funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 to assist Perry property owners with energy efficiency improvements. To date the loan program has been a success with providing a low interest loan for residential properties.
