On September 12, 2021, at 1615hrs, officers were dispatched to the intersection of Macon Road and Chapel Ridge Drive in reference to a shooting that had occurred. Upon arrival, officers found a female Breanne Green (b/f, DOB 02/24/1999) that had been shot multiple times in a 2021 Kia Forte. Two Arrested In July 24 Homicide On July 24, 2021, at 11:15 pm, Perry police officers responded to a shots fired call at Mason Terrace Apartments. Upon arrival, officers discovered a 77-year-old black male, Willie Jacox (address of 110 Ridge Court, Centerville, Georgia), had been shot multiple times and was not responsive. Perry Firefighters Rescue Trapped Woman In the early morning of June 2, Perry Fire and Emergency Services responded to a structure fire at the Soho Inn on Valley Drive.
