On Friday, September 22nd, 2023 at 3:32am, the Perry Police Department received an emergency 911 call to Circle K, located at 1505 Sam Nunn Blvd. in reference to an aggravated assault and armed robbery incident. On 08/13/2023 at approximately 0839 hrs., Houston County 911 dispatched officers to 1521 Houston Lake Road, Perry, GA., 31069 in reference to two males outside of this residence with firearms. One of the males, identified as Jason Butler, was found to be in possession of a semi-automatic pistol (reported stolen by the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department), a revolver, and an ar-15 rifle.
